Originally acting on behalf of McKay Securities Plc, Mellersh & Harding advised on the original refurbishment of the property and the initial letting campaign.  Subsequently we advised on the sale of the building to Enfranchise 421 Limited and are now being instructed by them to re-let vacant floors as and when they become available.
 
The latest letting was of the first floor of 1,219 sq ft to Cayenne Asset Management who signed a five year lease at a headline rent of £37.50 per sq ft per annum exclusive.
