Acting on behalf of the executive recruitment company, Boyden UK Ltd, we negotiated for them to acquire 3,714 sq ft on the ground floor of the above building at a rent of £46.50 per sq ft, subject to a rent free period on 10 years lease, with a tenant's only option to break at the end of the fifth year. As a condition of this transaction we also agreed to surrender their leases of approximately 5,200 sq ft on the second and third floors for nil consideration.
