Acting on behalf of Cunningham Loewenstein Asset Management LLP, we identified an attractive period suite at 11 Grosvenor Crescent, London SW1, of approximately 2,015 sq ft. We negotiated the acquisition of a new five year lease excluded from sections 24-28 of the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954 (Part II) as amended, at a rent of under £37.00 per sq ft per annum exclusive, following a six month rent free period. The lease incorporated a mutual option to determine at the third anniversary.
