Field House, Harlow, which is adjacent to Harlow Town Station comprises of a total of approximately 66,000 sq ft of air-conditioned offices. Acting on behalf of Admin Re UK Ltd we have continued to manage the entire building and negotiated sub-tenancies on the majority of the building, pending Admin Re's lease expiry in December 2012. Upon introducing Teva UK Ltd to the building who acquired approximately 30,000 sq ft of offices, we negotiated terms on behalf of Admin Re to surrender their lease.
As part of this transaction, we negotiated a surrender of the existing lease of the third floor with TUI UK Ltd and introduced Winterfloods Securities to the building, who are taking a lease of approximately 10,000 sq ft on the ground and first floors. We now continue to manage the property on behalf of the freeholders, TR Property Investment Trust PLC.
