Acting on behalf of Nigel Burgess Limited, the international yacht brokers, we advised them on the acquisition of the first floor of Cunard House, 15 Regents Street, comprising of 7,033 sq ft. Terms were agreed for them to sign a lease until March 2018, where we negotiated for them to pay a rent equating to £40.00 per sq ft following an extensive rent free period.
