42-44 Grosvenor Gardens

Acting on behalf of Ebury Partners (UK) Limited and BaseKit Platform we sucessfully identified the lower ground floor of 42-44 Grosvenor Gardens, Lond SW1, comprising 4,204 sq ft as their new offices. Terms were agreed for them to enter into a five year lease where they paid an initial rent equating to £27.16 per sq ft. The lease also incorporated a tenant's only option to break at the expiry of the third year.
