We were instructed by Polunin Capital Partners Ltd. to relocate them from their current premises in 146 Buckingham Palace Road, due to an imminent lease expiry. We carried out a comprehensive search of the market to identify suitable alternative premises, and subsequently introduced them to a private self-contained building at 10 Cavalry Square, forming part of the Old Duke of York’s Barracks. They agreed to take an assignment of the existing tenant’s lease expiring in December 2016.
