The new tenant Buongiorno e Buonasera has taken a 10 year lease with a tenant only break in the 5th year, at a passing rent of £75,000 pa. After the successful letting Mellersh & Harding has been instructed to sell our clients long leasehold interest as joint auctioneers with Allsop LLP.
