Acting on behalf of an owner/occupier, we have recently marketed and completed a sale of the above 2,173 sq.ft. office investment as a sale and leaseback. The new rent of £95,000 per annum exclusive reflects £55 per sq.ft. on the best office space and the tenant took a new 15 year lease with 5 yearly reviews and 5 yearly tenant break clauses. After competitive bidding, a price in excess of our quoting figure of £1,400,000 was achieved.
