 Acting on behalf of McKay Securities PLC we agreed terms for a letting to Astus UK Limited on the entire lower ground floor air conditioned offices comprising of 2,620 sq ft.  Astus agreed to sign a new 10 year lease subject to a rent review and break option at the fifth year at a combined rent of £69,430 per annum exclusive.
