Christies have successfully sublet 9,395 sq ft on the ground floor of the prestigious 12 St James's Square, London, SW1 to the executive search company, Garner PLC. The sublease expires in April 2013 and Garner PLC agreed to pay a rent equivalent to £469,750 per annum exclusive. Christies were represented by Mellersh & Harding and Angermann Goddard & Loyd and Garner PLC were represented by Edward Charles.
