 We have continued to advise Grosvenor on the ongoing lettings of office floors in the terrace of buildings in Buckingham Palace Road between Elizabeth Street and Eccleston Street.  The latest letting was to COASIT on the ground floor of 152 Buckingham Palace Road comprising 594 sq ft.  They signed a lease to March 2015 incorporating a mutual break in November 2011 at an initial rental of £17,820 per annum exclusive.
