We were instructed by Emirates Airlines to act on their behalf on the negotiation of their lease renewal of 24,500 sq ft in Gloucester Park which is located directly above Gloucester Road underground station. We negotiated terms for them to enter into three separate leases on each floor for a further 5 years at a headline rent of approximately £35 per sq ft. It was also agreed that the lease would incorporate the tenants option to determine at the expiry of the fourth year and Emirates would receive an initial rent free period of 12 months.
