Having been instructed to manage Atlantic Court on behalf of Athens Limited we have recently completed the lease extension for Michael Aukett Architects to remain in the second and third floors comprising of 3,944 sq ft for a term of 5 years at an annual rent of £114,376 per annum exclusive. As part of this transaction it was agreed that our clients would install a new air conditioning system to the accommodation whilst the tenants remained in occupation which is a process that we will continue to manage. We are also quietly instructed to market the investment for sale at a price in the region of £15 million which reflects an initial yield of 4.75% approximately.
