This prime car showroom investment in Chiswick was let to Volvo Cars at an initial rent of £490,000 per annum exclusive with fixed increases during the 15 year lease. Acting on behalf of the purchaser we negotiated the purchase price of £7,650,000 reflecting a net initial yield of 6.05%.
