We were instructed on behalf of K2 Intelligence in relation to disposing of their existing 2nd floor lease at Albemarle House, 1 Albemarle Street, whilst negotiating terms for them to take a new lease on the 4th floor of the same building. 

The 4th floor, of approximately 4,000 sq ft was acquired for a term of 5 years, at a rent of £59.50 psf with a rent free period of 3 months agreed. Mellersh and Harding acted for K2 Intelligence.
