Specialising in landlord and tenant related matters including Arbitrations and Expert
Witness Reports., Andrew joined Mellersh & Harding in April 2000, and was invited
into the Partnership in March 2005. Prior to this, Andrew had worked for blue chip
corporations including Shell UK and Royal and SunAlliance Plc.
Andrew’s valuation experience includes company portfolios for financial statements
and corporate acquisitions and mergers. His retained clients include McKay Securities
Plc, National Deposit Friendly Society Plc and Windsor Life Assurance Company Ltd,
for all of whom he acts on instructions throughout the UK.
