The Team
Juha has recently re-joined Mellersh & Harding to concentrate on investment advisory
and acquisition / disposal work. With over 11 years experience he has a diverse
background. Since leaving Mellersh & Harding as a graduate in 1998, Juha has worked
for CBRE, subsequently moving on to Montagu Evans where he became a Participating
Partner in the Investment Department. More recently Juha worked at a US based Private
Equity Real Estate business, Westbrook Partners in their London office. Juha has
a wide ranging contact base, including UK Institutions, US Opportunity funds and
a number of UK and Far Eastern Private Investors. He has strong experience in Central
London commercial and residential property as well as retail and retail warehousing.
