The Team
With 20 years experience in the management of client properties covering all sectors
throughout the UK, Philip joined Mellersh & Harding in 1999 from Lambert Smith Hampton
to head up the Management Department. Philip became a Partner in 2007.
As with all Partners of the firm, Philip deals with a varied range of clients comprised
of property companies, pension funds and private investors.
