With extensive experience in the acquisition and disposal of office premises for
landlords and tenants, large and small across the Central London and wider UK office
markets, Richard joined Mellersh & Harding in 1975, becoming an Equity Partner over
20 years ago. He recently stepped down from the Equity following six years as Senior
Partner. Richard remains as a fully committed consultant and his clients include
the Grosvenor Estate, The Economist and the Commonwealth Secretariat and its associated
organisations. He has also served on the RICS panel of Independent Experts for many
years, covering Central London rent review disputes.
