We were instructed by Sun Global Investments Limited to seek alternative premises in the West End and following a number of inspections identified the fifth floor at 105-106 New Bond Street, London, W1 comprising refurbished space of approximately 1,200 sq ft. Terms for a new 5 year lease incorporating a tenant’s only option to break at the end of the third year at a competitive rent with a significant rent free period was agreed.
