London offices at 123 Victoria Street are to become the new headquarters of luxury fashion house Jimmy Choo.
The shoemaker has signed a deal with Land Securities, which owns the premises, to take 37,000 sq ft of space. In its third quarter interim management statement for 2011, the commercial property organisation did not name Jimmy Choo, but explained a chunk of the building was in the hands of solicitors.
123 Victoria Street is scheduled for completion in June of this year and will deliver 200,000 sq ft of
London offices.
Other global luxury brands that have space nearby include LVMH, Burberry and Tom Ford.
Land Securities revealed its increasing presence in the capital in the financial report, including One New Change, EC4, becoming 82 per cent let after CB Richard Ellis Global Investors took up 25,200 sq ft of offices there.
There is now 66,000 sq ft of available space at the business hub, where local occupiers include the London Stock Exchange, Eversheds, the Bank of Ireland and Commerzbank.
