Peninsula Petroleum instructed us to seek new premises for them, and we successfully introduced them to the 5th floor of Kingsbury House with a net internal floor area of 1,578 sq ft where they signed an effective full repairing insuring lease for a term of 5 years. The rent agreed was £52,845 per annum exclusive with an initial rent free period of 5 months.
