CoStar has reported this week the purchase of Chiswick Tower by Hermes Real Estate Management Limited from Harbert European Real Estate Fund. The substantial 143,000 sq ft building sitting above Gunnersbury Station was reportedly sold for £56.5 million following a refurbishment programme to upgrade the common areas. At the time of sale the building was 100% occupied.

Chiswick Tower is situated immediately opposite the entrance to the substantial Chiswick Park office development. The investment here further highlights the strength of this commercial location west of London and its immediacy to the M4 motorway.
