Reports this week in the Estates Gazette suggest that 9 out of 10 investors do pay close attention to the environmental performance of buildings during their pre-purchase due diligence.

With the marketing of every investment, a valid EPC has to be provided on the property detail. Investors are beginning to appreciate the relevance of this information and according to reports, more than 75% of investors said that they had checked the certificate pre-purchase.
