Land securities continue with their substantial regeneration of Victoria, London SW1 with news that they have received planning permission from Westminster City Council to turn the former office building known as Portland House into residential use.

The development will see the tower converted to 206 residential apartments with additional retail at street level. Land Securities is building 63 affordable homes at nearby Castle Lane.

The UK’s largest property company has a 2,000,000 sq ft development pipeline for Victoria and plans to invest £1.7 billion during the next decade.
