London offices 'eyed by Traveldoo'
New London offices could soon be opened by online booking firm Traveldoo, which has revealed its intention to open a base in the capital.

Speaking to ANTN, chief executive officer Nabih El Aroussi said its London offices are expected to be in place during the second quarter of 2012 and will enable the company to be closer to its customers.

While it currently has employees working from Paris, being established in the UK's capital will mean it can liaise with corporate clients including Asda and Tesco, as well as multi-national organisations that have a base in London.

Mr El Aroussi explained Traveldoo would be located in one of the offices of Expedia. Expedia group owns the firm along with TMC Egencia group, which purchased Traveldoo in December. This base would more than likely be up and running by May.

Egencia's London offices are located at 24 Chiswell Street, EC1. It was recently reported by Knight Frank that Expedia was one of the IT and telecommunications firms to move into new facilities in the capital last year, along with Facebook, Lastminute.com, Apple, Google and O2.
