Oil producer Petrochina is reportedly under offer to take 2 floors at Heron International’s The Peak in Victoria, London SW1 according to the Estates Gazette. These prime Victoria offices comprise some 98,000 sq ft and offer some of the best office accommodation in Victoria. It is suggested that the oil producer will be paying a rent of around £60 per sq ft on a new 10 year lease.
