World Vision, the global charity, has agreed to take up new outer
London offices at Stockley Park, Heathrow.
The space has been let by the Universities Superannuation Scheme, with the offices based in the 43,594 sq ft Waterview House, Property Magazine International reported.
A ten-year lease for 7,725 sq ft of outer
London offices has been agreed at a rent of £24.50 per sq ft a year.
Waterview House comprises two levels, with World Vision set to move on to the refurbished ground floor, the publication noted.
Stockley Park is minutes away from Heathrow Airport and, as such, is popular with international organisations.
Some of the tenants based at the business hub include BP, which takes up two addresses, as well as IBM (UK), Samsonite, Toshiba International, GlaxoSmithKline, Hasbro, Sharp Electronics and Apple (UK).
Organisations with outer
London offices here also benefit from the countryside of Stockley Park and a golf club.
