Record Bond Street rent for Belstaff premises
A 20-year lease has been secured by Belstaff for a building on Bond Street - and the fashion house has agreed to pay a record rent.

The annual £3 million the brand will pay for its new London offices and retail space at 135/137 New Bond Street is the highest paid for a new open market letting on Bond Street, Savills noted.

Approximately 25,000 sq ft of space across six floors will be taken over by the fashion house, with the Grade II-listed premises set to be called Belstaff House.

The store will also be a flagship one, from which Belstaff will re-launch its brand. The announcement follows the recent news that luxury shoemaker Jimmy Choo is to move into new London offices at 123 Victoria Street.

It will take over 37,000 sq ft at the Land Securities building, which will become the new headquarters of the luxury fashion brand.
