The Estates Gazette has reported that two large London lawyers are beginning their search for new offices in Central London. Mishcon De Reya and property lawyers Forsters are reported to be seeking up to 150,000 sq ft and around 35,000 sq ft as the leases on their current premises have the benefit of breaks of expiry over the next 2 to 5 years. Forsters have been in their 23,000 sq ft offices at 29-31 Hill Street, London W1 for a number of years.
