Outer
London offices at Stockley Park have been bought for approximately £21.8 million.
The 77,827 sq ft of Grade A space at 3 Furzeground Way has been acquired by LaSalle Investment Management from Invista, with the deal reflecting a net initial yield of 8.82 per cent.
Stockley Park is located in Uxbridge, Middlesex, and those who work there can easily reach
central London offices for client meetings.
It takes around 25 minutes by train to reach London Paddington, while it is also close to Heathrow Airport.
This means clients and employees can travel to the park by taking the Heathrow Express or the Piccadilly tube line to the airport.
Organisations that have selected Stockley Park as the location of their outer
London offices include BP, Adobe, Sharp Electronics, Apple (UK) and Canon.
Meanwhile, 3 Furzeground Way itself is home to IBM United Kingdom, Toshiba of Europe and the Canadian High Commission.
"The property provides high-quality, refurbished office space that is well-let to an excellent mix of high-profile tenants. The property is superbly located on a premier south-east business park, which has traditionally attracted reputable international companies," asset manager at LaSalle Nneka Ejindu commented.
