Acting on behalf of The Institute for International Learning, we have recently negotiated and completed a renewal of our client's lease held at the above comprising approximately 1,923 sq ft.  A term expiring in June 2016 was agreed incorporating a tenant's break clause in January 2013 at a rent of £49.50 per sq ft.  A seven month rent free period was granted.
