Acting on behalf of our client Arch International Group Holdings Limited, we have acquired approximately 1,300 sq ft of fitted offices at 16 Berkeley Street, London W1, on the basis of a new lease for a term expiring in January 2015. This incorporates a tenant’s option to break after 18 months and a mutual break at the expiry of the third year at a rent of £45 per sq ft. A six month rent free period was granted.
