As part of our ongoing advice to Grosvenor Estate in Belgravia, we negotiated terms for them to let the entire first floor offices of 4,345 sq ft to Mountain Warehouse Limited who are the tenants of the ground floor. At the same time a deed of variation on their current lease to incorporate a mutual right to break from June 2014 onwards, which opended up the development possibilities for Grosvenor.
