Acting on behalf of Elephant Capital LLP, we have negotiated and acquired the entire 7th floor offices comprising 781 sq ft. Our clients entered into a new effective full repairing and insuring lease for a term of five years, incorporating a tenant only option to determine at the expiry of the 3rd year, at a rent of £57.62 per sq ft. A four month rent free period was granted and an additional two months should the lease not be determined at the expiry of the third year.
