Acting on behalf of Ryder Street Properties Limited we have recently let the 8th floor in the Economist Tower at 25 St James’s Street to Loomis Sayles & Company LP for a term of 10 years without a break at an initial rent of £79.50 per sq ft. The floor had been fully refurbished and enjoys spectacular views from all four elevations. It was let in open plan format and an initial rent free period of 12 months was agreed. Loomis Sayles were represented by Colliers.
