The Economist Plaza, 26 St. James's Street - 2nd Floor

Acting on behalf of Ryder Street Properties we marketed the second floor of approximately 1,997 sq ft of air conditioned offices at 26 St. James’s Street and introduced MarketSpringpad who completed a 5 year FRI lease with an initial rent free period of 5 months, together with one car parking space in the basement garage.   This was one of 4 suites that we have recently been instructed to let on The Economist Plaza – all four have now been completed.
