On behalf of a private client, M&H have successfully let the 2nd floor on the above building to the Elliott Group by way of a new lease for a term of 5 years at an annual rent of £83.50 per sq. ft, with a small rent-free period. The 2nd floor comprised 1,800 sq. ft and was fully refurbished with air conditioning and raised floors.
