M & H have continued to advise Mckay Securities Plc on
their building at 1 Castle Lane, Victoria, London SW1. Most recently we have
advised on the surrender of Fineshades Energy’s lease on the 3rd
floor subject to simultaneously granting a new lease to Corona Corporate
Solutions. The 3rd floor comprised of 1,450 sq. ft and as part of this
transaction we also negotiated the extension of Coronas current lease of the
ground floor, all leases to expire June 2023.
