Acting on behalf of Cavendish Young we introduced the Greek yoghurt company, Fage UK Limited to take a lease of 1,550 sq ft of offices on the first floor.  We negotiated for Cavendish Young to surrender their lease to The Grosvenor upon simultaneously granting a new lease to Fage UK Limited for a term of 5 years at a rent of £51,520 per annum exclusive.
