Mellersh & Harding were solely instructed by Standard Life Investments, in relation to the disposal of the ground floor offices at 15 Bedford Street, WC2, having a net internal floor area of 1,670 sq ft. Mellersh & Harding agreed a surrender of the existing lease with Darwin Private Equity in conjunction with a new lease for Threadgreen Europe Ltd. 

The new lease was for a term of 10 years, subject to a tenant’s option to determine after 5 years, at a rent pf £63.50 per sq ft.
