By advising Hanfore Capital in acquiring their new office
premises, M&H have now advised four companies from the financial sector in relocating
to Mayfair within the last six months. The list includes: Tridevi Capital,
Synergy Capital and EOC Partners.
Hanfore Capital acquired the 5th floor at 11
Stanhope Gate, Mayfair W1, for a 5-year term at a headline rent of £71.00 per
sq ft. The offices had initially been on the market at £ 87.50 per sq ft and
once the quoting rent was dropped to £75.00 per sq ft Mellersh & Harding
and Hanfore Capital sensed an opportunity and commenced negotiations.
This is the second transaction that Mellersh & Harding have
been involved with in 11 Stanhope Gate within the last 12 months, following a
surrender of hedge fund Gems Advisors’ lease on the 3rd floor.
