Acting on behalf of the landlord, National Friendly, we have completed the letting of 20,000 sq ft of modern offices on Sunderland Enterprise Park to a local business, RTC North Limited.  The tenant has taken a new 10 year lease at an initial rent of £157,000 per annum reflecting approximately £8 per sq ft.  A 12 months’ rent free was given to the tenant on a lease that has an upward only rent review and tenant break at the end of the fifth year.
