Mellersh & Harding were instructed by The Chinese Weekly to dispose of their 5,110 sq ft surplus accommodation in 99 Gower Street, London WC1. Following structural changes internally, the client no longer needed educational space and Mellersh & Harding acquired conventional offices for them in Stratford Place.
Subsequently we introduced the London School of Business and Management. The London School of Business and Management is a higher education institution offering courses in business, management, computing and law.
Terms were negotiated to assign them the lease, which expires in 2023.
