On behalf of our clients, Aviva investors, Mellersh & Harding have successfully let the top floor of Barratt House W1 to H30 Digital. Prior to the letting, we advised in partnership with Hops Interiors on a comprehensive refurbishment of the common parts, bringing in new M&E services, end of journey facilities and improved cosmetic finishes. We advised Aviva to deliver the 5th floor in a CAT B condition, fully fitted and furnished, ready for a tenants immediate occupation. The deal was agreed at the quoting rent and completion occurred 2 weeks after the furniture was installed.
