Office Acquisition, Frontline Corporate
Mellersh & Harding acted on behalf of Frontline Corporate Services Ltd in relation to acquiring a new lease of the 4th floor at 10 – 12 Eastcheap, London EC3.   Terms were agreed on a 3,250 sq ft suite of offices for a term of 10 years. 

The rent agreed was £186,875 p.a. (£57.50 per sq ft) with an initial 7 month rent free period. A further five months’ rent free will be awarded if the fifth year break is not operated.
