Mellersh & Harding acted on behalf of Alchemi Group in relation to acquiring a new lease on the 2nd floor of Melbourne House, Aldwych, WC2. 

Terms were agreed for the 4,095 sq ft suite of offices for a term until December 2024, with a rent review and tenant option to break in December 2019. The rent agreed was £235,462.50 p.a. (£57.50 per sq ft) with an initial five months’ rent free, with a further four months if the break is not operated.
