Mellersh & Harding acted on behalf of the Centre for Economic Policy and Research in relation to their move from their previous premises of 77 Bastwick Street EC1 and acquiring a new lease of the 2nd floor at 33 Great Sutton Street, London EC1. 

Terms were agreed on a 1,735 sq ft suite of offices for a term of 5 years. The rent agreed was £91,955 per annum (£53.00 per sq ft), following an initial rent free period.
