Mellersh & Harding acted on behalf of Oaknorth Bank Ltd in relation to acquiring a new lease of the part 6th floor of Nightingale House, 65 Curzon Street, London W1. 

Terms were agreed to take the 2,147 sq ft suite of offices for a term of 5 years incorporating a mutual option to break after February 2017. The rent agreed was £127,746.50 p.a. (£59.50 per sq ft). A three month rent free period was granted.
